What do we need from you?

  • communication skills;
  • time & task planning and management skills;
  • PC & MS Office knowledge;
  • university studies (graduate or ongoing)

Responsibilities

  • correspondence management;
  • welcoming guests and leading them to contact persons;
  • ensuring well organization of protocol activities;
  • administrative support for other departments, when needed;
  • being involved in organizing company events.

Location: Bucharest.
