React.js Technical Lead

As a React.js Technical Lead, you will:

• Lead front-end development tasks with a focus on technical excellence.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver top-quality solutions for clients, meeting their needs and quality standards while providing accurate time estimates.
• Operate efficiently in an agile, deadline-oriented environment, completing tasks in rapid, iterative cycles.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to fellow team members.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and other departments.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager, Technical Leads, Product and Project Managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects to integrate correct engineering principles into solution design and delivery.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.

What you bring to the table:

• Proficient in React.
• Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, npm/yarn.
• Experience with Vue.js preferred.
• Knowledge of Monorepos and Microservices is beneficial.
• Understanding of micro-frontends is advantageous.
• Experience with Node.js preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with Microservices and Domain Driven Design helpful. 
• Strong proficiency in Git and Git workflows – nice to have.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub actions – nice to have.
• Familiarity with AI services is a plus.
